Power Electronics Engineer 


  • Innovate and design AC/DC, DC/AC, Battery charger and on board power conversion specifications and solutions. Analyze performance, cost, reliability and density trade-offs.
  • High power brushless DC motor control or AC motor control design.
  • Lead projects that involve new technologies or new uses of multiple existing technologies.
  • Engage cross-functionally to ensure successful design, integration and complete validation.
  • AVR basic C programing on Linux environment.

Key Competencies / Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering or BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-5 years of hands on experience with power converter design including DC/DC, prototype board bring up and debugging
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.
  • Ability to execute own work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, coupled with a well-focused attention to detail.
