     Junior Project Coordinator assists the Production Coordinators in administrative and documentation tasks pertaining to planning, coordination, control, and bidding of production projects.

Job Descriptions

  • Collects, correlates, verifies, and organizes information pertaining to production materials, service requests, progress, issues, and resolutions. 

  • Drafts daily production progress and projection reports. 

  • Drafts projects bidding documents. 

  • Updates production progress databases.

Key Competencies / Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Attention to correctness and accuracy of information. 

  • Works well under pressure of deadlines. 

  • Proactive in problem solving. 

  • Basic computer usage skills. 

  • Good written/spoken English and spoken Thai communication skills. 

  • Previous administrative experience is an asset.
