Accountant (Tax and Internal Audit)
Yannix Co. Ltd. is a global leader in providing visual effects (VFX) preparation & support services to film, TV, and advertising industries. We service clients from all over the world such as USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Given our rapid growth, we are looking for accounting staff to assist or to share responsibilities with our senior accountant. This position is open to new graduates who are smart and eager to learn. We will provide the required training. This position is also open to those with work experience, even up to a senior-level. Your compensation will depend on your work experience.
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for reviewing, monitoring and auditing payments, expenses and entering transactions are prepared accurately and completely and compliant with Thai accounting standard. As well as spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Responsible for all functions relating to tax administration (VAT and withhodling tax); tax documentations, tax filing, tax remittance and tax returns to be accurate and completed as required by law and on time.
- Responsible for all tax audit in monthly/annually, annually and provide tax report.
- Regularly update tax laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
- Dealing with The Revenue Department, DBD etc.
- Liaise with external auditor in preparing of audit schedules and audit plan
- Responsible for fixed asset control and fixed asset audit
Key Competencies / Qualifications
- Requires Accounting or related degree and/or equivalent experience. CPA preferred.
- Three (3) years work experience in Accounting and Thai tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of all taxes, accounting principles and practices.
- Able to handle a fast-paced work environment; ability to meet numerous reporting deadlines
- Ability to work well and get along with others at all levels.
- Proactive and can-do attitude, willing to learn and thirsty for knowledge.
- Must have clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
