Rigger is a person who prepare joints and controllers for Rotomation Artist to creates believable 3D model movement that abides by the laws of anatomy, physics, and real-world experiences in a virtual environment for films, TV series and television commercials that 3D coordinate data are being used from live action filming to create models on a computer in order to achieve a realistic 3D world in which the computer generated visual effects will be inserted.

Key Competencies / Qualifications

  • Ability to rig the character and fix the original rig that is already there (not using plug-in).
  • Ability to create Low polygon models with beautiful topology.
  • Ability to create Retopology well (create Low polygon from High polygon)
  • Ability to create UV Mapping
  • Ability to use Maya program well
  • Always ready to learn new things.
  • Attentive and proactive in solving unexpected problems
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Team player

The candidate with following skills will specially be considered

  • Basic knowledge of Python/Mel script
  • Basic knowledge of animation
